Coop is 2

Our little Cooper had a birthday. I can't believe he is 2 already! We tried to set up his presents like his own little Christmas morning. He was pretty excited. Jill probably was even more. We had a fun day of playing with presents, hanging out, and lunch at Chick-fil-a where he LOVES the play place.

He was so excited about all his presents. He requests his Jake shirt often. He also likes this little bug toy a lot. Unfortunately, a few days after getting the bug he put it into the sealed air vent and there was no getting it back. We had to listen to it run around in there till the battery died. Another favorite is his train set though it took him a long time to accept that it was his and not Mumsy and Gus' train (its the same one they have at their house).

He couldn't quite figure out blowing out the candles. We were trying to show him and when he tried to mimic us he just made a face at the cupcakes. It was pretty funny. When he did manage to do it he was like "uh oh" because he didn't realize he was trying to blow them out. Silly boy.









Cooper brings a lot of laughs and fun to our family. He is definitely a handful and an extremely active, aggressive boy but he is also super sweet. Its funny because he can be so rough and mean but then the next minute I swear there could not be a sweeter kid around. He gives kisses and loves all the time. He loves to "duddle" with us. He adores Jill and mimics all that she does. One of Coop's finest qualities is his manners. He always tells me thank you, please, and your welcome. Without fail. Even when he is mad at me he will yell in pure fury and hit my hand away yelling "NO THANKS!" I have had a cough lately and he is quick to say "Dess you Mama" everytime I cough. He won't quit saying it in fact until I thank him for the dessing.

Thing #3

We had our BIG ultrasound a couple weeks ago. This was the first time we were actually able to get some pictures so I was very excited. We don't have a scanner so these are really poor quality.. sorry. They are two profile pictures and then one where you can see a little leg and foot. The baby looked healthy which is always good to hear and right on track to come around December 16th. Its another boy! Now to come up with a name.....

4th of July

I was so excited to not have to work the 4th this year! It was great! Tucker had the day off and we went to a big BBQ with some friends. The kids played in a little pool, threw snappers, ran around with sparklers and watched some fireworks. Good times.
