The Zoo again?

We don't really go to the zoo that often... I guess I just usually take my camera. Anyhow, Tuck has a little time off from school so we have been trying to do a few fun things. We took advantage of the free day at the zoo. Even though it is CRAZY busy there, it is nice because we don't feel pressure to cover every square inch of the place. Its free so we just show up, see the highlights, and leave guilt free. And perhaps even feel willing to buy camel rides!!

Great picture of that guy leading the camel! bet he is glad to have made our blog

Jill loves to pose by these things.. just like the different dinosaurs they had last time.

Below is Tucker being SUPERDAD

Cooper had been looking real bored in his stroller the whole time. I don't think he could figure out why we were wandering around outside in the middle of a heat wave. I took him out to show him the giraffes and you could definitely tell when he spotted them. His whole demeanor changed and he was suddenly so interested. He was panting with excitement and would not take his eyes off them. He is such a happy, funny boy. He is making more and more sounds.. especially growls. Luckily he didn't growl too much at the animals there.

Mentor Headlands Beach

This is kind of a late post, but better late than never. Some of our friends that graduated and were about to move organized a beach outing for Memorial Day. Playing in the sand!

Trying to keep Cooper from eating the sand was a lot of work.

Jill with her buddy Daxton. We have tried to explain that he moved, but she doesn't really get it. Pretty sad. We all had a lot of fun- even with sunburns!
